2. Username Marketplace Rules

• All usernames listed must be legally obtained and owned by the seller
• Sellers must have full control and access to usernames being sold
• Stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained usernames are strictly prohibited
• The Platform is not responsible for transactions between users
• All transactions must use the Platform's approved payment methods
• Sellers must wait 24 hours after listing before completing any sale

3. Prohibited Activities

• Selling stolen or hacked accounts
• Misrepresenting username ownership
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate prices
• Using automated systems to scrape or collect data

4. Transaction Safety

Users are required to:

• Use the Platform's escrow service for all transactions
• Verify ownership before purchasing
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• Keep all communication within the Platform
• Never share login credentials publicly

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Suspicious transaction patterns
• User complaints and investigations
• Extended periods of inactivity

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform acts only as a venue for users to list and trade usernames. We are not responsible for:

• Transactions between users
• Username validity or availability
• User disputes
• Account recovery issues

7. Digital Currency System

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our digital currency system:

• All purchases on the platform are for digital tokens only
• Digital tokens can be converted to platform credits
• Platform credits are a virtual currency with no real-world value
• Credits can only be used to purchase digital items within the platform
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Digital items purchased with credits have no real-world value
• We reserve the right to modify credit values at any time
• Credits cannot be converted back to real currency
• Digital items, ranks, and features purchased are platform-specific
• Account termination will result in loss of all credits and digital items

• External trading of platform items is prohibited

11. Username Claims and Turbo Software

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully regarding username claims and turbo software:

• Users acknowledge that "turbo" or auto-claim software may be used by others to claim usernames
• We make NO guarantees about username availability or retention
• Usernames can be lost or reclaimed by platform services at ANY time
• Account swaps or transfers may result in IMMEDIATE loss of username
• NO refunds will be provided if username is lost or reclaimed
• We are NOT responsible for any losses due to turbo claiming
• Users trade and swap accounts at their OWN RISK
• Platform assumes NO LIABILITY for lost usernames
• NO compensation will be provided for lost usernames
• Users should verify username status before any transactions

12. Additional Username Risks

Users must understand and accept:

• Usernames are provided "AS IS" without any warranty
• No guarantee of username permanence or availability
• Platform reserves the right to reclaim ANY username
• Automated systems may affect username availability
• Third-party software may impact username retention
• Account transfers may trigger automatic username release
• Platform is not liable for any username-related losses
• Users trade usernames at their own risk
• No refunds for any username-related issues
